- It was a full week of baseball. The boys had games and we went to a University of Utah baseball game. The boys got foul balls.
- Itโs the first day of May which means summer is coming soon. We havenโt made any summer plans yet, but it would be fun to go on a family trip. Are you going anywhere?

- On the blog this week, a beautiful and hearty salad and a fresh salad that is perfect for meal prep! I canโt get enough salads right now:) Find all of my salad recipes HERE!
- Happy first day of May! Is there anything better than the smell of lilacs? My favorite!

- I finished Ransom Canyon, it was slow at times, but I didnโt care. I still loved it. Next up, Your Friends & Neighbors. Iโve heard itโs good.

- I made a batch of these for the freezer. They are good anytime of the day.

Lilacs are almost over at our garden (central europe) and weโve had very little rain. We need to water every couple of days already to keep our young plants happy. Howโs your garden coming along?

Favourite chore: folding and putting away laundry ๐ Itโs so satisfiyng and calming for me, I donโt know. I love listening to podcasts while doing chores!
We havenโt planted our garden yet. In Utah, they say to wait until after Motherโs Day because we usually get a late snow. The cookies sound amazing!
My daughter, my mom,and I will go to Thailand for a week. My daughter is graduating from High school and this is her present from my dad and I.
