First of all, January is flying! I really hope 2016 slows down because I have a lot to do:) If you are looking for a week of deliciousness, you came to the right spot! This week is a good one! Happy meal planning!
Monday (1/18): Roasted Broccoli Quinoa Saladโ Start the week with this easy and healthy salad!
Tuesday (1/19): Three Bean Tacosโ You only need 20 minutes to make these tacos! Happy Taco Tuesday!
Wednesday (1/20): Stovetop Avocado Mac and Cheeseโย Avocado mac and cheese? YES!! Trust me on this one, it is SO good! Our boys love it too!
Thursday (1/21): White Chickpea Chiliย with our favorite Easy Cornbread! You will love this comforting meal!
Friday (1/22): Use our Easy Whole Wheat Pizza Dough to make pizza tonight! Top with your favorite sauce and toppings! Make a batch of Chewy Coconut Oatmeal Cookies for dessert!
Saturday (1/23): Blueberry Pancake Muffinsโ Muffins that taste just like blueberry pancakes. A fun way to start the weekend! Eat leftovers or eat out tonight!
Sunday (1/24): Pesto Chicken Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Roasted Broccoli,ย and Meyer Lemon Pudding Cake for dessert.
