Monday (2/29):ย Roasted Cauliflower Grilled Cheeseโย This grilled cheese is made with roasted cauliflower, onions, arugula, lemon mustard aioli, Havarti, and Gouda cheese! Itโs SO good!
Tuesday (3/1):ย Potato Rosemary Soupโย Easy potato soup made with fresh rosemary and feta cheese. Serve crusty bread and a simple green salad on the side.
Wednesday (3/2): Slow Cooker Enchilada Quinoaโย This easy slow cooker meal is a favorite at our house! Our boys always ask for seconds! They like to scoop it up with tortilla chips!
Thursday (3/3):ย Eat leftovers for dinner! Make Peanut Butter Honey Yogurt Dip to snack on! Itโs great with apple slices!
Friday (3/4): Creamy Avocado Pastaโย You can have this healthy and delicious pasta dish on the dinner table in 15 minutes!
Saturday (3/5): Cinnamon Streusel Baked French Toast Sticksโ French toast sticks with a special cinnamon streusel topping! You are in for a real breakfast treat!ย Go out or get takeout for dinner!
Sunday (3/6): Spinach Artichoke Lasagna Roll Upsโย Fun to make and fun to eat! Make Oreo White Chocolate Pudding Cookies for dessert because itโs National Oreo Day!
