Monday (3/28):ย Avocado Egg Saladโย Use your leftover Easter eggs to make avocado egg salad sandwiches for dinner! Serve a fruit salad on the side.
Tuesday (3/29):ย Pesto Chicken Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoesโย This easy pasta dish is loaded with flavor! Serve a green salad on the side.
Wednesday (3/30):ย Cobb Salad Sandwichโย Use your leftover Easter ham to make this loaded sandwich!
Thursday (3/31): Spring Vegetable Stir Fry with Lemon Ginger Sauceโย This easy and healthy stir fry is loaded with spring veggies! Serve with quinoa or rice!
Friday (4/1): Cheesy Guacamole Tostadasโ These easy baked tostadas only take 20 minutes to make, a great Friday night dinner! Enjoy Vegan Chocolate Avocado Cookies for dessert, I promise you will never know they are made with avocado. They are so rich and fudgy and taste similar to brownies!
Saturday (4/2): Lemon Cornmeal Pancakesโย A great way to start the weekend! Serve with fresh berries and pure maple syrup!
Sunday (4/3): Chickpea Farro Soup with crusty bread and Biscoff White Chocolate Chip Blondies for dessert.

I love your site. I love getting inspiration for healthy meals. I think it was really inspired to plan for the extra hard boiled eggs. Super smart!
However, lately I have noticed that there are a LOT of ads, many of which have videos. This is really taking away from your site. I realize that it helps provide you with funding, but it is annoying to have to scroll through the ads to find the recipes.
