Thursday (5/19): Roasted Cauliflower and Cheddar Soupโ€“ย I love making this soup because my boys love it! Itโ€™s a great way to get the kiddos to eat their veggies! Serve crusty bread on the side!

Friday (5/20): TGIF! Make homemade pizza using our favorite Easy Whole Wheat Pizza Dough! Let everyone choose their favorite toppings!

Saturday (5/21): Vegan Chocolate Banana Muffins make a great weekend treat! Go out or eat leftovers for dinner!

Sunday (5/22): Buttermilk Oven โ€œFriedโ€ Chicken with Roasted Broccoli andย Glazed Lemon Cookies for dessert!
