Itโs the weekend and that means it is meal planning time! Use this weekly meal plan to get dinner on the table every night this week!
Monday (5/23):ย Roasted Chickpea Taco Saladโ This healthy and colorful taco salad is perfect for Meatless Monday!
Tuesday (5/24): Roasted Mushroom, Kale and Goat Cheese Tacos for Taco Tuesday!
Wednesday (5/25):ย Creamy Tomato Orzo Soupโ Greek yogurt is the secret to making this tomato soup extra creamy! Serve a simple green salad on the side.
Thursday (5/26): Whole Wheat Zucchini Pancakesโย Our boys gobble up these pancakes! Donโt tell the kiddos they are made with zucchini, it will be our little secret. Serve fresh fruit on the side.
Friday (5/27): Greek Pizzaโ Mix up pizza night with this fresh and tasty Greek pizza!
Saturday (5/28): Sip your Saturday away with Strawberry Mango Smoothies! Get takeout or eat leftovers for dinner.
Sunday (5/29): Creamy Avocado Pasta with Melon Arugula Salad with Honey Lime Dressing. Enjoy Coconut Lime Loaf Cake for dessert!
