Miss You Most of All by Elizabeth Bass
I really enjoyed this book. It takes place on The Sassy Spinster farm in Texas. Itโs a celebration of sisters, family, love, and life.
The Recipe Club: A Novel About Food and Friendship by Andrea Israel and Nancy Garfinkel
A book about friendship that also includes recipes. It is an easy, enjoyable read.
Plate to Pixel by Helene Dujardin
I am especially excited about this book because my dear friend Helene wrote it. It is fabulous! If you are interested in food photography or photography in general, this is a must read. It is full of helpful hints and tips. Helene covers everything and makes food photography easy to understand. The photos in the book are also gorgeous. I will be reading this book over and over again!

Room by Emma Donaghue ( not sure how to spell last name) is one of the best books I read this year. Also excellent is HELP.

Iโve read quite a few great books recently. I just finished Saving CeeCee Honeycutt โ it was delightful! The Hotel on the Corner of Bitter & Sweet was wonderful. Other recent favorites: Molokai, Girl in Translation, The Kitchen House.
I just finished Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand, true story and a great read. Looking for something new, I love these kinds of posts!

am just about finished Left Neglected by Lisa Genova (who also wrote Still Alice โ an amazingly heart wrenching story โ an overall excellent read).
Next up โ The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein
The Silent Governess, The Apothecaryโs Daughter, and Lady at Milkweed Manor, by Julie Klassenโฆ..all great reads! Written in a style much like Jane Austenโฆ.LOVE them!
Iโve been on a young adult kick lately and just read If I Stay and Where She Went (a two books series). Now Iโm starting Heart of the Matter by Emily Giffin.
Is Pixel to Pixel out already, for some reason I was thinking its release date was further off. I might have to think about purchasing it, though to be honest, I donโt reference my existing photography and food photography books nearly as much as I should. Iโm currently reading Ravenous, which I am really enjoying. I have to admit I recently finished Recipe Club and didnโt care for it very much. It was a selection in a food-related book club I was in and it just didnโt do it for me, the other selections you mention sound fantastic though.
Plate to Pixel is new to me, and Iโm new to food photography. โEasy to understandโ seems just my speed. ๐
Since Iโve recently moved to NYC, Iโm currently reading The World in a City: Traveling the Globe Through the Neighborhoods of the New New York by J. Berger. Very Interesting.
I love these posts. My most recent book was Shanghai Girls and I loved it, canโt wait for the sequel!

I second Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand, best book Iโve read in awhile.
I read The Recipe Club. I thought it was a fun read, plus I loved all the recipes that were through out the book.

Iโve been reading RATIO, about the basic ratios of cooking & baking. Pretty neat for an un-schooled cook!
One of my friends just gave me The Recipe Club for my birthday โ so excited to read it. I just finished Saving Cee Cee Honeycutt and The House at Riverton, which I loved! I really want Plate to Pixel too ๐
